30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your item must be:
• In its original condition unused, undamaged, and with any original packaging
• Requested within 30 days of delivery
Items damaged through misuse, or returned without prior approval, may not qualify.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, we cover it fully no need to ship anything back. Just email us within 30 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A photo or short video showing the issue
We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
How to Start a Return
Email Arccorestudios@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps. Please don’t send anything back before you hear from us returns sent without approval can’t be processed. We’ll provide the correct return address once your request is approved.
Return Shipping
• Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover all return costs.
• Change-of-mind returns: you’re responsible for return shipping. We recommend a tracked service, as we can’t refund items lost on the way back to us.
Refunds
Once your return is approved (or your refund request for a faulty item is confirmed), we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Email us and we’ll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, before they’re processed for shipping. After that, your order may already be on its way and will fall under our standard return terms.
Shipping & Delivery Times
Orders are shipped from our supplier, and typical delivery takes 8–16 business days to the United States after dispatch. This is normal your order is on its way. If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days, contact us and we’ll track it down or refund you.
What We Can’t Refund
• Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery
• Items damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear
• “Where is my order” claims before the stated delivery window has passed
