This policy explains how and when your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Delivery Times
Our products are shipped from our suppliers. Standard delivery to the United States typically takes 8–16 business days after dispatch, in addition to the 1–3 day processing time. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Please allow a few days for tracking information to begin updating after you receive it.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, delivery may take longer than expected due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods — factors outside our control. If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us at arccorestudios@gmail.com and we’ll help track it down or arrange a refund.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you spot an error, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Any import fees, customs duties, or taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Lost or Stuck Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package appears lost, reach out and we’ll work with the carrier and supplier to resolve it.
